Domestic violence is a pervasive issue, silently impacting thousands of individuals and families daily. These often unreported experiences are debilitating, leaving lasting effects on survivors and their loved ones, including innocent children.

We partner with local domestic violence shelters to offer comprehensive support to the families they serve. While shelters provide essential necessities, we aim to bridge the gap between basic provisions and critical needs.
Our support includes:
Replacing cherished items, such as a child's favorite toy left behind
Sourcing specialized clothing for individuals with unique requirements
Facilitating transportation through gas money or bus passes
We work to bring a little extra peace and comfort to these families to ease some of the pain they are experiencing.
The Dwelling Place is a non-profit ministry in the Twin Cities that provides hope and healing to women and children fleeing domestic abuse through supportive services and a safe, transitional place to call home.
